BIS have been busy today.
As outlined in a written ministerial statement, they have now published:
1 A call for evidence on reform to whistleblowing law (which closes on 1 November),
2 A response to consultation on reform of regulations relating to employment agencies and employment businesses, and
3 A response to consultation on pre-claim conciliation (now referred to as “early conciliation”, and to be implemented in “early 2014”).
The statement also says that the new cap on the compensatory award for unfair dismissal is intended to come into force on 29 July.
